Here, in the Telegraph is a Clip showing this bunch of prejudiced, homophobic, bullies abusing a Gay man, if you watch you can see this dialogue taking place …
“Don’t you know this is a Muslim area? What’s wrong with your face?
“Why are you dressed like that for? You’re walking through a Muslim area dressed like a fag, mate.
“You need to get out of here quicker. You’re dirty mate. Look at your shoes.
“Get out of here you fag… Don’t stay around here any more.”
So the police responded and stepped in, as reported by the BBC …
“We are aware of incidents over the weekend of 12/13 January where a small group of people had harassed members of the public, and of YouTube videos showing this.
“In response to this incident officers on duty are being briefed as to what has occurred and what to be on the look out for.”
A 22-year-old man was arrested in the Acton area of west London on Sunday and a 19-year-old man was arrested after going to an east London police station on Monday.
The pair were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and public order offences and have been bailed to return to an east London police station in February and March pending further inquiries.
It did not stop with just those two, the police have now arrested up to five.
So how has the infamously homophobic East London Mosque responded? They have condemned it …
A spokesperson for the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB), which is based in Whitechapel, said to Eastlondonlines: “The views expressed in the videos are not justified in the religion of Islam.”
“The vast majority of British Muslims do not hold this view and utterly condemn it.”
They also said of the East London Mosque, which is located just down the road: “The East London Mosque has dismissed any association with these individuals and allocated their Friday service to condemning the behaviour of this group.”
That sounds great, except for one tiny flaw, the East London Mosque have a record of saying one thing and then doing the complete opposite. Really? … Yes …
- They host a constant stream of viciously homophobic and other hate preachers. In June 2011, after coming under particular pressure on the subject, the mosque promised: “Any speaker who is believed to have said something homophobic will not be allowed to use our premises.”. Sounds good, but they broke that promise within eight days, have broken it countless times since, and has been broken at least four times last month alone.
- They themselves have in fact done exactly the same, the Islamic supremacist group that runs the mosque has previously threatened and intimidated people for violating “Islamic norms.
In other words, praiseworthy as their PR is, their past track record reveals it to be worthless rhetoric and an outright lie.
None of this is new, there have been past cases where both Muslims and non-Muslims have been threatened or beaten for behaviour deemed to breach fundamentalist “Islamic norms” by Islamic thugs.
The bottom line is this: Nobody should be permitted to impose daft irrational and immoral beliefs upon others. They should of course be free to believe whatever they wish, and if they want to dream up lots of wacky rules and live by such rules then that is also fine, but the moment they then attempt to force others to adhere to such crazy bullshit they have crossed the line and will face the consequences.
